RETURN POLICY All returns for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or up to full purchase price will be charged if damage to the product and/or packaging make your return not possible for re-sale. Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE including all Free Shipping. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs pre-paid by SolarMade and not added to the customer invoice. We provide a limited warranty on each SolarMade product for a period of 120 days from date of purchase. This warranty covers material and workmanship. Products damaged due to misuse are not covered by the warranty. - All shipments are made by UPS Ground with the charges automatically included in your shopping cart under Shipping & Handling. This charge also covers insurance. Most items ship within 1-2 working days. Allow additional 4 work days (average) for UPS delivery.
