Important things to consider before you purchase this kit:
- A 12 Volt automotive or marine battery and weather proof case is required (not included).
- Low Voltage Wire (RB509) will be needed to run the 110V AC transformer to the opener control board. The length depends upon the distance between the transformer power supply and the opener arm.
- Only digital keypads/remotes should be used with this opener (MMT103, MMK200).
- This unit is not designed for gates opening away from the property! (Push-to-Open)
