Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from schools, government agencies, and select pre-approved entities within the US. Terms are NET 30 and require $100 product minimum. Purchase orders will not be accepted during summertime school closures.

Email your signed purchase order to Sales@SolarMade.com or mail to the address shown below. PO's must include the billing address or billing email address, shipping address, and phone number for both locations. If you would like confirmation of your order, please include a valid email address as well. Please do not submit PO's via more than one of these methods. This may result in 2 orders going out to you since we do not track our orders using your company's internal PO numbers. We are not responsible for duplicate orders in these instances and any shipping charges to ship/return duplicate orders will be your responsibility. 

Sales tax is not applied to orders shipping outside Colorado. If you are a tax exempt organization shipping to Colorado, please provide us with your tax exempt number.

Printed quotes can be provided upon request however, you may obtain a quote by using our shopping cart and selecting a shipping method.

Overdue accounts will be assessed a late fee of 2%. Those who wish to pay with a credit card or PayPal after utilizing NET TERMS will be subject to a 3.5% convenience fee. PO's and payments must be in US dollars. Check payments must be from a US based bank. By submitting a PO to us, you are agreeing to these terms.
